This multi-function production line is designed
to produce different kinds of modified bitumen membranes, such as:

1 SBS modified bitumen membrane
2 APP modified bitumen membrane
3 Self-adhesive bitumen membrane
4 membranes with different surface, including double PE film, one side PE file one side sand, aluminium foil surface and so on.

Main Specification:

1 Manufacturing Capacity：Annually manufacturing 8,000,000 m2 of various types of modified bitumen waterproofing membrane and self—adhesive waterproofing membrane；three shifts per day ，20 hours per working day，300 days per year，calculated on basis of 3mm.
2 Base materials：Polyester mat, fiberglass tissue
3 Self-adhesive：with core and without core
4 Modified Materials：SBS, APP etc.
5 Surfacing：sand, slate flakes , PE flim, aluminum foil etc.
① One side: PE flim; the other side: sand
② With PE membrane on both sides.
③ Embossed or plain.
6 Thickness：1.2~5mm。
7 Speed of the production line：3~40m/min, adjustable.
8 Fuel Consumption：200×104Kcal/h，thermal efficiency ≥73%.
9 Condensation Air Consumption：1m3/min，0.7MPa

11 Water ullage : 500kg per day
